	As a brand new customer to Wallis, decided to go via cash back in May 2011 with a cashback claim of only £3.34. I always delete my history & cookies before commencing the cashback but Wallis did not appear in my account. After 2 nudges in Sept & Nov, finally got an email in Jan 2012 from Cashback stating that Wallis would not be paying me because I had made the purchase via another outlet i.e. other cashback site, voucher outlet etc. which is rubbish as mentioned had cleared all cookies, so didn't pay out. Other than that the actual purchase procedure with Wallis on-line shopping was fine and received goods promptly.

	No problem with cash back from Wallis previously but had to wait far too long for £120 refund when items had been returned and received

	everything was received quickly. however as i didnt keep anything i cant confirm speed of cash back tracking etc

	for the second time running this merchant has failed to pay out my cashback. quick to track, quick to confirm but complete failure to ever pay out... a shame as no complaints about Wallis' products or delivery, just frustrating that cashback doesn't pay out.

	I always have problems with tracking Wallis purchases and need to submit manually my claim. Most of the claims get accepted in the end
