well mine is due to become payable this thursday,after reading these comments im not holding much hope,if my cashback changes to £0 i will not be using top cashback again.

Hello Again, The reason for so many failed cash backs is because they do not order TV+PHONE+INTERNET BROADBAND. If for example you order just TV it would mean the whole package free for the years contract so you would not get any cash back for just TV. Nice try Richard! Don't forget HD is free down your aerial soon anyway. Nice try Richard but I did not get conned! Mr Moore

Judging by other feedback it looks like the cash back from Virgin is very much hit or miss. If I don't get any cash back I will maybe try once to get it, but after that I expect nothing. I will give it a try clicking straight through in one go as directed and keep you posted - Mr Moore.

I applied for Virgin media service with 18 month contract. Cashback was confirmed as full £151.50 and this stayed on for weeks. Since then Virgin Media have installed the services and cashback has now changed to £0.00 Payable. I have put in an enquiry with Top Cash Back and awaiting their response. I was happy when TCB confirmed my order with Virgin, but displeased that cashback was changed to £0.00 with no notification.

Mine originally got Confirmed at the full £151.50 and was like this for weeks. I've since had Virgin Media install the services and it's changed to £0.00 payable!?!?! I've just put an enquirie with Top Cash Back, even if it gets sorted it's probably going to take months, and I'm not happy that Top Cash Back didn't let me know of the status change.

Awful!! no response to cashback made start of april. also customer service is terrible they have been billing me for both my account and someone else's as well!!. i have taken this up with them and apparently I will be receiving 1 month extra credit but no sign of that yet, virgin are a waste of time!!

no confirmation of claim or cashback after being with Virgin for 6 months . had the tv,phone and broadband paackage, never missed a payment yet no confirmation of cashback despite chasing once a month

Ordered Virgin Media in March 2011, it tracked within 24 hours and gave me a payable date of 31st May. This did become payable on 31st and I was able to claim straight away. Money is now in my bank 2nd June. I didnt have to raise any queries or wait any longer than originally advised. This is how cash back should work! a great experience this time.

Thinking about getting a cable bundle but does anyone know whether they have to get tv, phone and broadband to qualify for the cashback or can I get away with just broadband and phone? It doesn't say... Thanks if anyone can help.

Ordered Broadband on 7 Jan' 2011, Broadband & install' was great....still no sign of the cash back.....Someone have a word with Richard if they see him.

After making sure that I had deleted all my web browser's previously installed Virgin Media related cookies my order's cashback tracked without a problem. The installation happened on the date and time that I requested (Saturday morning) and since then I have enjoyed very fast broadband and a reasonable selection of TV channels. The cashback of £150+ bonus % has already been paid a little over 2 months since my order. Thank you TopCashBack and thank you Virgin Media.

Impressive! A massive cashback, which helped me to make the decision of getting their broadband. Tracked very fast and it appeared directly as "Confirmed". I signed up with Virgin on 22/02, it became payable on 01/04, barely above a month later. That's a deal!
