Very happy with the deal. Joined Virgin about 3 months ago and used TCB but was not due to start my contract until 1st July (which I did).
By the end of July I had £151 into my account and very happy. I only joined virgin for their broadband at £21 a month and still got the 3 months for £16 deal, free installation and money off for using refer a friend. A bargain.

I bought a VM bundle with the promise of £151.50 cashback. It was tracked twice, with one being confirmed and a payment date of 31/07/11. Two Days after installation it was reset to £0 payment.
Not impressed at all.

Just like to say Crazy frog is right below i bought all virgin media services tracked at £150 only got paid £65 this was back in December 2010 so be warned all is not as it seems.

Be Warned. Just took up this offer via this website and although it has tracked it has come up with only £65 cash back and not the advertised £151.65? I have taken the full tv,broadband,phone bundle (costing near £100 a month) - so rather disappointed so far.

the top cashback failed to track, i raised it and it was solved 3 or months later, its now on its way. also virgin upped the cashback reward, so verry happy £72 for a £20 a month bb line

Terrible Cashback experience. Been almost 1 month and cashback is tracking at £0!! DO NOT BUY ON BASIS OF CASHBACK DISCOUNT. I know the £150 sounds enticing but if you never get it you are just buying overpriced internet.
