Have had a terrible experience with VM. I ordered the big kahuna with £231 cash back on 8th October 14,did not track. TC said I could not claim until after instllation which I did but when claim was opened through Sabrina,VM responded saying they would not pay until the 1st DDpaymenthad completed which did on 8 Jan,TCSabinaupdatedclaim sayingTCwill let me know when VM confirms.nowclaim removed completely& I feel sick. I have a young son with learning difficulties& need the moneyVM promised. My experience says VM have shown no shame or integrity, TChave been poor as well

Don't rely on getting the cashback! My Virgin Media was installed almost a year ago and I've been trying to get the cashback part sorted ever since. I can't fault the actual product but in terms of cashback they keep trying to get out of it, the latest being that I haven't paid my first bill even though I've been paying all year!

I never got my cashback. I opened a case when it tracked at zero. The response was that we booked via telesales team, which is untrue! Do not count on getting this cashback.

Cashback declined with no explanation 2 months after having purchased a rather expensive package. I have lodged a claim and we'll see what happens but this could take a very long time and I am wondering if it was really worth it...

Virgin Media paid me almost £25 less than I was meant to get so I queried it immediately with Top Cashback. I was told to raise a claim for this and let the amount that they had confirmed, clear. I did this but they don't seem interested in paying the difference now and it looks like I won't receive it after numerous nudges and no correspondence. Whilst I am glad that I got some cashback, I think it is very bad that some company's do try it on and I think Top Cashback should stop them offering cashback if they keep doing it and ignore peoples claims and nudges.

Ordered the Big kahuna in august four weeks later it was installed the cashback has not tracked, the virgin page on top cashback did say it might not track until install so i have had to put in a cashback claim. Broadband brilliant telly ok virgin kept me informed all tghe way through with emails so good customer service intallation went smoothly.

We got Virgin Broadband installed in September this year and we were meant to get £63 cashback and we got paid nothing. I phoned Virgin and I was told that customer services don't deal with cash back issues. Extremely disappointed with Virgin

Not too happy at the moment. Signed up for VM via Topcashback in August, scheduled install for 23 Sept, required construction work so put back to 18 Nov, now I see that they've declined my cashback even before they've completed my installation. I'll edit this review if the cashback starts to track again!

I signed up with virgin media simply for the cash back as it worked out cheaper than sky to find that they have decided not to pay up!For no reason at all,i'm simply discusted with them,phoned them with no help at all,now we are singed up they are not interested!!!,very dissapointed virgin! Ordered virgin on 18 oct last year,when they paid out october transactions in december I looked forward to my 75 but am l waiting,topcashback have contacted them with no reply yet.they need to get their act together.

In all my 41 years i have never been treated as badly as i was by Virgin media, the customer service is a joke, at first my order was cancelled and delayed for 10 weeks, i was fobbed off by various staff, when they finally connected my phone and broadband they tried to charge me £70.00, even though this was never mentioned when ordered (i eventually got the money back but that is not the point, the phone line crackled constantly and was never sorted out,on the plus side the broadband was actually really good but to be honest i could wait for my year contract to expire and go elsewhere, they then charged me a disconnection fee and because i hadn't paid the fee within 10 days they sent a debt collection agency to get the £22.50, all in all a very unpleasant experience....oh and i had to wait nearly ten months for the cash back
