Really unhappy the timescales quoted are wrong 13 weeks later and still no payment I have chased topcashback several times and I am just told to wait. Really frustrated and unhappy with Virgin media and Topcashback. NEVER AGAIN

Not 5 star. Do not be taken in by their marketing. Their network is massively overloaded and you will not get broadband speeds anywhere close to what is advertised. Their help forums are full of users complaining. I am cancelling my contract after less than a week with them.
