We chose this offer as the cash back would mean we could afford this offer with Virgin. It took a whole month for Virgin to install the service after two attempts and very little assistance. It has now been two months and we still have no cash back meaning we potentially have an issue of paying the bill for the next year! Top Cash backs's customer help point is useless. There is no way to escalate issues that have had no response in two months.

Moved to Virgin Media, initially hadn't tracked and TCB were informed and Virgin Media honored the total substantial cashback amount. The whole transaction with them was totally professional, friendly and helpful unlike one of the other media giants I had been dealing with.
