Cashback tracked, confirmed and paid out in less than two months.
After all the negative 1 star reviews I honestly wasn’t expecting this retailer to honour the cashback, but my experience was totally different. I switched from Sky to Virgin Media (fibre broadband and TV) in October this year as Sky couldn’t match Virgin’s pricing for me. Tracking was quick after placing my order. Installation of services was in mid November. I’ve been with Virgin less than a month and already the tracked cashback went to payable. So not only is my broadband and TV half the price of Sky, but just under a £100 of cashback is already sitting in my bank account. A win-win for me.

Avoid - Dont pay and neither does topcashback does anything
Promises cashback of £100+ but gives nothing even after months and years. Topcashback team just keeps on sitting idle and doing nothing to get the money. Nudges and taps are ignored

avoid this company, I bought an almost £100 package and now they didnt pay me the cashback, got myself into a 24 months contract and topcashback has put my claim on jold for il to 8 months. ripp off

They declined cashback for no reason!
Very disappointing to miss out on cashback for no reason. When you ask about it, they just copy standard paragraphs which don't apply and say there is nothing they can do about it!

Cashback is a scam!!
Switched to Virgin from Sky and main reason was cashback offered. Not received or tracked. Sick of chasing cashback on Top Cashback and being ignored.

Do NOT bother with Virgin Media.... I had to put in a claim, then had to WAIT 3 months with it "on ice " only for them to eventually come back with a refusal because they " couldn't track the purchase " Of course they can.... I have provided all the contract details and the claim was resubmitted for me to no avail ! Reading other comments here, it would appear that Virgin Media renege on most cashback pay outs..... I wont be renewing with them !!!

Very disappointing - Don't expect your cashback
I purchased my contract in January 2025 by following through TopCashback. I raised a missing cashback claim on the 16th Jan, at which point it was placed on ice for almost 3 months. Virgin Media have now come back and said ''TopCashback haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed". How they can make this claim is beyond me. All my other transactions track without an issue so it's clearly an issue with the Virgin Media website tracking.

Does these 50-100£ cashback offers sound too good to be true? It is because they are - Virgin doesn't pay them out and offer no exact cause as to why.

Nearly a year no cashback
Ordered broadband in July. Submitted missing cashback then it was on ice for 3 months or so, then after that it's been submitted to virgin with est payable of Jan. Which has long gone, nudging. Been told not to email as it gets pulled back to system but getting on for a year now. I understand six months - maybe! to see if you are paying your monthly bill but not 9 months to a year.

Very dissapointed
Opened a missing cashback claim on the 7th August 2024 after making a broadband purchase the month before in July, through the TopCashback broadband compare tool. Its been stuck in 'waiting for retailer' status since October. Despite multiple nudges, there's been no updates.

Cashback was confirmed and marked as sent, but never received. Useless.
Cashback was confirmed and marked as paid out. After a few days, it is appeared the error/bug in my account. Customer service was not helpful at all. Will speak to Citizens Advice on how to stop this happening and users of the Topcashback avoid cheating.
