Unbelievably bad!!
Took out full fibre broadband in October Black Friday deals!! Did everything right but low and behold Virgin refused to honour the £68 cashback i was due.
Virgin have you anything to say? Do you pay anyone? Why did i not receive?
Depending on your answer , depends on my next comments.

Total liars and did not honour the TCB offer
Took out a deal for broadband via TCB, kept all the documents and screen shots of the deal.
Had to chase them to track it, then had to supply all the order numbers and contract dates for them just to say I got it via somewhere else and not TCB. Lost out on £110.
Not the fault of TCB, they have been great as always. This is totally Virgin media!

No issues resolving a missing claim.
I signed up through TCB and it did not track. Informed TCB who resolved and issue. Virgin Media paid the cash-back with no issues.

Virgin Failure
Made virgin services purchase like I have successfully with hundreds of other transactions via TCB. This time however Virgins systems or network has messed up and has declined my cashback. Not a happy chappy.

FAST cashback
Originally the cashback amout tracked at a lower amount. I logged a report to TCB, but it raised to the full amount automatically. Full amount is now payable 5 days after being connected. That has to be a record payout time.

Tracked- then declined!
Be aware, i followed all the rules to ensure that i get this cashback this originally tracked at £0.00 raised a claim and months later they declined. Not ideal is it was for over £100.00 so the package taken out is more expensive then i needed to be if i had gone direct. TopCashback were great at customer service :) shame about Virgin!

Would give 0 starts if it was possible, declined cashback when they should'nt have. I use TCB for years and not had problem before, virgin system failed this time. I guess its true there is no guarantees with cashback especially for virgin media..
