Switched Gas & Electric from NPower to OVO. Cashback paid quickly and saving about £35 a month compared to our old supplier (on a relatively cheap tariff to begin with)

This cashback has become payable within 9 days of using service! Excellent result, cant comment on actual product yet as switch hasnt even occured yet! Good job uswitch, very happy!

I have an outstanding cashback claim that is now over a year old! Apparently it is with uSwitch. However, failed cashback aside, uSwitch do provide a good service and were able to find me a cheaper deal on my utilities bills.

Cashback not tracked, and cashback claim declined, stating it had been paid to another site. My father's cashback also went the same way. Will be using a different comparison site to switch in future.

Ignore them at all costs!- Do not go on the misleading ratings for this company as the hightest ratings are shown first. Its been over 8 months and they have not yet received cashback from them.

Switch did not appear to track, despite clearing all cookies prior to going through topcashback to uswitch. Lodged dispute in April. Nothing back from merchant. Will never use uswitch again.

Never had any luck with uSwitch tracking and/or paying out - while all other TCB merchants seem to track really well. Three times I've had to raise a support ticket. At the time of writing this comment I've been waiting around eight months and the claim is supposedly with uSwitch. I would not recommend using them for cashback (even though the actual service they provide - switching to a new energy supplier - worked faultlessly).

Used to try to switch supplier.
Switch of supplier not done via uSwitch, despite me going through all the steps correctly.
Did not track or pay cashback.
uSwitch not pick up the phone or answer multiple email queries. Tried to contact them so many times.
Complete waste of time.

I used uswitch to change phone supplier via top cashback. I had to put a claim in and it took from Arp 10 until May 12 to get the cash back. So my feelings are: top cashback try there best to get your money back AAA+, would avoid uswitch unless they are offering the best deal (regardless of cashback). If they are the best deal then might as well try topcashback link. It was very very slow but did come good in the end.
