As for other users - purchased September 2012, it is now June 2014 and the payment is showing as confirmed but not yet payable. Estimated payment date is 14 weeks away, which would mean it has taken a year to pay out (if this ever happens at all...).

TCB had a £5 discount advertised for Uniqlo, expiring 31st January, so still valid, but I had trouble applying it to the order. I emailed customer service and they refuse to add it. Funny, the day they replied, the discount disappeared from TCB website. (And same discount still showing on other websites.)
I will not be shopping with them again - what awful customer service :(

Love this company and their clothes! Cashback experience not great. Tracked quickly but have always had to wait months over the due date for the cashback to materialize. Still waiting!!!!!

I would suggest do not buy any item from this merchant online as after 7 months still have not recieved the cashback. Nudge few times and was told the cashback was rejected. Not happy with the experience at all.

Tracked immediately in Nov 2010 - it's now end of March 2011 and still not paid, so cashback experience is quite disappointing!
The clothes are nice and good value for money, considering the quality - and they ship fast, so I'll use them again - not that often though, as they do not offer free returns (in my view this is a must when buying clothes on-line).
