Avoid
Cashback tracks at the correct rate, then drops to a lower amount at the point when it changes to "confirmed/payable". You're then forced into raising a claim for the difference, and Travelodge tell TopCashback they've already paid the correct amount, and decline the claim. Poor practice, not worth all the hassle for a couple of quid.
