	Generally Ok Most cashback purchases have tracked without problems. One however refused despite having receipts, booking confirmation reference numbers and e-mail correspondence from Travelodge concerning check-in. A mystery!

	Budget Hotel This works for me very well. The standard of the rooms is better than it was and I have had no issues with getting cashback. You have to accept that the cashback will take more than 10 weeks after you have used the accommodation.

	Swift payer - No Issues Whilst you have to wait until well after your stay has been completed to get your cashback, never had any issues with Travelodge and the few pounds back all adds up.

	Why did I have to chase? Only paid once I complained via Top Cashback. Looks like this may be a Travelodge policy which reflects badly on them.

	Don't expect the full amount you're entitled to. Cashback tracks at the correct rate, then drops to a lower amount the moment it changes to 'payable'. This has happened on numerous occasions. There is often also a big delay in it reaching the payable stage, so once 100 days has elapsed, there's no way of submitting a claim too. Very devious.
