terrible cannot get through to anyone to sort out problem

Disgusting. I ordered a bottle of perfume for my girlfriend for Christmas. The delivery wasn't due for 5 working days. The following week I received a request from feefo to review my order. Amusing as I hadn't received the order. I logged into my The Perfume Shop account. It said that my item had been delivered, the week before, just a couple of days after I ordered the item. Well, the item had NOT been delivered. No cards from a courier saying it had tried to be delivered. Weird. So I called The Perfume Shop via the number in the email. I was greeted by a message saying the number was no longer in use and to call another number. I called the other number. After 10 minutes on hold, I spoke to a guy who said it must have been lost in the post and he would order a replacement. I questioned how it could be lost in the post, when it said it had been delivered. Again I was told, it would be reordered for delivery in 5 working days and there had been no tracking on the first item. The following week, I had an email saying I was being refunded. I sent an email, saying that wasn't what had been agreed and i wanted the item, as ordered. No response within the given 24 hour time frame. I called again. Again, the message saying the number wasn't in use and to call the other one. I was on hold for 50 minutes(!!!) until I had to hang up to accept a work call. I then put all this in another email, including a screenshot of the 50 minutes on hold and sent it. I received this reply on Thursday saying this "I can see that we have requested a resend to be done and we are just awaiting this to be approved which will be done tomorrow and then you should receive this on Monday 16-12-2019". It is now Monday evening. No delivery of item. No emails from The Perfume Shop about the tracking, nothing in my account about it being re-ordered. The whole experience has been a huge waste of my time, and I'm now having to scrabble around finding the item for a similar price, delivered in time for

I only ordered from this shop because I found them on TopCashback, ordered something, had it delivered, and then had the cash back declined. No reason why - I didn't go against the T&C's (I checked).

Very poor cash back tracked initially but i never received it, escalated it to CS team and Perfume shop declined with no reason ?? I wasn’t using any codes for a discount they just didn’t want to pay so I’ll spend my money elsewhere in future.

Poor. Declined cashback for no reason. As it's 100 days after purchase you're unable to lodge a missing claim.

Cash back didn't track. Perfume shop claimed that I had not gone to their website via TCB. I definitely did. Disappointing.
