	Don’t bother using this retailer for anything Made 2 large orders from Them for perfume as Cashback was 25% both have been declined. But didn’t use vouchers or anything they say. Don’t use this company to order perfume use all the others who pay out for cashback

	Cashback declined! Cashback has been declined due to Topcashback not being the final referrer? How did my purchase track then? Made a large order as the perfume shop was offering 25% cashback! Cashback declined! Please do not rely on cashback from this retailer! It seems others have had the same issue!

	Declined cashback for two large orders Ordered from this store for a while, very disappointed in them for declining cashback for two large orders for no reason. Will not place large orders with them again, do not rely on cashback with these retailer, especially for larger orders

	Cashback Declined as TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer. The merchant came back saying that "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." Just a way to lure customers to their website so they can can have good business and then decline the cashback later on. I will never ever be using this merchant again to make any purchases through TopCashBack. Stay well away from this merchant and you will not get any cashback from them.

	Spent a lot on perfume Spent a lot of money on perfume (£200+) and they paid out. It took a while but I did eventually get the money.

	Never pays out I made the purhcase through the topcashback link. They refuse to pay the cashback and say I didnt go through the link or I used a coupon. Neither of which are true. Seems lots of others are having the same issue so wont use again

	Want cashback? Use another retailer. Bought some new fragrance on a 25% mega cashback offer, no discount codes were used. Just declined for no reason, I made a second purchase a couple of weeks later so if it is refused I'll do a second review. Needless to say I will not be using The Perfume Shop in future.

	Declined cash back- why? Why offer cash back if all you are going to do is decline it? They offered 25% cash back so I placed a big order. Today the cash back has been declined. Will go to the fragrance store in future!

	They do not pay the cashback. I followed the clear instructions, and placed large order with them, on basis on recieving cashback. They refused to pay the cashback and stated that top cashback were not seen as reason I placed order with them, which is ridiculous. I can certainly say I only purchased from them with such a large amount due to promised cashback via top cashback.

	They reduce the payout These seem to offer high cash back values but then reduce the cash back offered when it comes to payout.

	Not buying from them again They had an offer of 25% cashback which influenced me to make a purchase of over £100. Then declined it! Never paid it out. Won’t be buying from here again.

	SPEEDY SERVICE AND EFFICIENT CASHBACK Very simple to log into cash back and then get forwarded to The Perfume Shop who had a high percentage on the cashback being offered. Item order and delivery very quickly even though busy Christmas period.

	Perfume shop Purchased perfume in November as cheapest online after cashback .. still not tracked after 14 weeks .. have sent numerous prompts but still not materialised

	Multiple purchases failed to track I have made 6 purchases from The Perfume Shop over the last 6 months, all of which have failed to track. When the first failed to track I made a point of clearing cookies before purchasing again, and even used different browsers and devices but still no purchases tracked. My missing cashback claims have been declined by The Perfume Shop but with no exact reason to determine why they are not tracking.
