Purchased perfume in November as cheapest online after cashback .. still not tracked after 14 weeks .. have sent numerous prompts but still not materialised

Multiple purchases failed to track
I have made 6 purchases from The Perfume Shop over the last 6 months, all of which have failed to track. When the first failed to track I made a point of clearing cookies before purchasing again, and even used different browsers and devices but still no purchases tracked.
My missing cashback claims have been declined by The Perfume Shop but with no exact reason to determine why they are not tracking.

Refused Cashback
Only made my purchase because of an attractive TCB offer. Didn’t track, raised a claim. Declined. Told nothing they could do. Won’t make that mistake again.

I bought from them on 3 separate occasions and each time my cashback claim was denied (after many months). If you want your cashback to be honored I'd recommend using someone else

Good service but cashback frequently does not track on orders placed on the mobile version of the website. I have had to submit a couple of missing cashback claims and these are very slow to be processed.
