They declined to pay cashback initially on what was a genuine new customer purchase back in March this year. It is now October and the cashback has just become payable

Had to pay out for delivery (normally shop in store), then cashback declined with no reason given. Swapped from Tesco to ASDA for weekly shop now.

Tighter than a ducks us ass. Like reductions of offers instore, clubcard points etc. They will try and get out of paying the cashback, you have correctly claimed for. No wonder less and less people are doing bussines with tesco
