No order, delivery or payment problems, however, I too, had my cash back changed to £0.00 sometime after the purchase tracked. Site now only offers 10% rather than the initial 15% - I hope TCB will be able to assist and have submitted claim - but this seems to happen all to often with this retailer.

Always tracks then a while later they decline. Has happened a dozen times and then had to lodge claim and eventually gets credited. Until now that is - now they don't even bother paying any cashback. Ignore the cashback stated and base your buying decision on value/service/price against other retailers - if you get any cashback consider it a bonus.

Like givmecashback, it tracked at the right price, but now payable as £0.00.
I have raised a ticket, but not overly confident of a great success. Shame as the prices are reasonably competitive, but once you add the postage costs it becomes quite close with other retailers. Will be happy if I get the cashback, but will definately avoid if it is not forthcoming

Fast delivery and a great pair of running shoes for £35. With the cash back offered my postage and packing worked out free. I would use them again, especially if they keep their cash back percentage so high (13% I think).
