So far had no communication from Scottish Power about switching my service, now 3 weeks since application went in. I half expect these idiots will now void my Cashback Claim and penalise me for their own inefficiencies in failing to contact me.

Unfortunately as I have 2 electricity meters one is a standard one and the other an off-peak meter I was unable to transfer my electricity supply. The off-peak meter was the problem. Shame really.
