Good easy transaction. It took approximately 1 and a half months for the cashback to become payable, but this obviously had to cover the period where my electricity was being switched. The switch itself was very smooth and easy. There was even a problem in identifying my supply details on the grid, but Scottish Power were very quick and helpful with sorting this out and changing the details. Highly recommended if it saves you money too.
