terrible for cashback! had to submit manual claim 2 months ago and Top Cashback are still waiting for the retailer to respond despite me sending nudges. Really poor and unreliable service. Avoid if you can because other shoe retailers sell exactly the same shoes at the same price!

Ordered in late November, delivered to wrong address (Not the address stated on my account, someones house down the road, So had to track the parcel down), still not tracked, hope TCB can chase them. Not impressed with service. But the trainers were OK.
