Cashback tracked quickly. However no fault of Schuh but the delivery company stuck the package over the side gate, and thought that was a secure place for it. Oh well at least I got it. Or should i have said it was stolen, lol....

A faulty zip on one of the boots, meant an exchange was needed and I returned them via one of their shops. The replacements were re-delivered to my home in two days and are perfect. Excellent product, very good service and tracking was almost immediate. Yes, I'll be shopping with them again !
