I ordered an aerosol which on receipt was faulty (wouldn't spray). I rang and advised them, but they said this couldn't possibly be right (more or less accused me of lying). If I wanted a refund I'd have to return the product at my own expense for them to investigate, and refunf IF they found it faulty. As it was such a small amount I couldn't be bothered paying out for return postage when they would probably still claim there was nothing wrong with it, but to top it off I never even received the cashback for the transaction...
