tracked almost immediately and confirmed after three days. I missed the delivery, my fault and they could not have been any more accomodating. got two subsitute products but they were ok. First time I have ever used Sainsbury online but would definately use again.

Tracked quickly but not confirmed several weeks after first order. Online grocery shopping was far from a great experience - bit of a shopping disaster as hardly any of what I ordered was supplied. Thankfully they're a bit better organised with the non grocery stuff but overall very poor for such a major company.

Bought an appliance but the VAT element was excluded from the cashback. 'Penny pinching'. This was not made clear when I ordered. Their delivery service however was excellent, the transport company ringing me twice with updates on the delivery time.
