Products tracked overnight, and geot free delivery on my orders. Godd prices and a good range of offers. I had a small problem with an item, but Sainsbury's customer service was EXCELLENT!! Plus nectar points!!!! Love it!!

Excellent service. Ordered on Sunday afternoon and delivered on Wednesday. Campbeltown deliveries experience an extra day due to location. This is perfectly acceptable.
The transporter also unpacked the goods an allowed me to check for damage as stipulated bt Sainsburys. this is excellent service and most unusual. Other suppliers should follow this practice when delivering to remote areas. Furthermore, Sainsburys were £200.00 cheaper than another major superstore. i would certainly check Sainsburys again for supplies.

Im new to cashback and ordering online. Bought a netbook from Sainsburys. Excellent delivery service! Was quoted delivery in (2-4) days, but my order arrived at 8am the next day. My cashback is still in pending status, but Im hopeful everything will be fine.

very easy to use website, easy to compare costs of groceries, and to find what i was looking for. only prob was that as i ordered on a thursday, i was forced to pay the highr delivery charge, to getr shopping delivered quickly (on sat or sun) or i would have had to wait till tuesday to get the lower rate, but i needed the shopping sooner rather than later!
