My order for over £200 failed to track. Sainsbury's won't accept any claims, even though I have the order number and proof of delivery despite best efforts by Topcashback. So, take a gamble if you want but I want nothing more to do with them - I have cancelling my groceries account with Sainsbury's for what I see is wriggling out of their deal.
