	No cashback paid Opened rooster account credited money and requested card. Tracked at zero very disappointing.

	Declined Ordered two cards in August and both transactions tracked at zero. Had a claim open for months and it has just been declined saying 'didn't meet the terms set by retailer'! I was hoping to put that cashback on my kids rooster cards as a treat for them but nevermind!

	Didn't pay out Tracked at £0 so raised a ticket to be told I did not meet the terms ??????? I am not sure why as we were brand new customers and completed the transaction straight after the click, but had to close case.
