Stick with the AA! So far this has been the worst retailer. Did not track and RAC are not responding to enquiry and it has now been over a month.
I will be seeing if i can take this further after reading all this feedback as surely this is dishonest business practice. I am supposed to get £40 back aswell.

Tracked quickly, but for some reason no payment has apparently been taken, despite completing totally on line via topcashback link. I have been requested to contact them to make payment. How will this effect my cashback? I have heard stories of some merchants not paying up, and using the fact that it was not all done on line to wriggle out. Should I bother or just forget it?

Was quoted £40 cashback and after purchase, tracked at £40 but was reduced to 21.50 a few days later......Not Impressed and I feel I have been conned.

I am impressed, this was one of the quickest transactions that has become payable I have ever had. It has taken just over 2 months from the date of purchase. I was with the AA last year and they took about 9 months! 5 stars to the RAC.
