didnt track, put claim in and took 10weeks to receive the cashback.... avoid at all costs, did my boyfriends AA one on another cashback site and it tracked straight away and paid within 4 weeks.... come on tcb get your act together, im fed up of having to put claims in!

The cashback offered by the RAC means that you will more likely than not be ineligable to qualify for cashback.
DO NOT buy - you will not get cashback

I rate RAC as a first class breakdown company, my experinces with them in the past have been very good and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who may be thinking about using the services of a breakdown company.

It took four months to get the topcash recognised after a raised ticket and several nudges forthe topcashback team (as it originally showed as zero) but it did finally go through and was payable immediately.

Terrible company. Taken 0ver 4 months and about 20 emails to Topcashback & RAC to finally be paid. I wonder how the RAC would react if i wait 4 months to pay them. Also the RAC are no longer the service we all remember. They have many hidden clauses within their terms & conditions. Its no longer breakdown recovery its now breakdown insurance. In a nutshell they can by choice leave you stranded if they decide to. Even if you have paid in full (as i did) i suggest trying someone else instead and forget all about the cash-back.

Very Poor!!!! Advise to avoid RAC as now 4 months and still no cash back, dispite making a claim. Custermer service is non existant, yet it was tracked! So much so that it reset my whole account to £0!!! Even lost other money i had earned! Would advise to stay well clear, should have gone AA as would have been cheaper!

like many other probably, I didn't really think I'd get back £23 on a £28 purchase, but I did. Everything I purchase now I'm going to go through this site. Also it was paid a month before it was due. You can't really go wrong.
