I am not sure if I have done anything through cashback. I was looking for a quote for my daughter to join the RAC. I registered on this site to get a quote but as far as i know did not get the RAC membership through you.
Can you tell me if for some reason I did, without knowing ? If I did why did I pay more than advertised ? If I did not what is the state of this account now ?

Had to submit a manual claim but this tracked eventually. Don't like the way the RAC take your credit card details for an automatic renewal next year unless you tell them not to though, this feels very sneaky.

The only problem I can see with this cashback is that you automatically have to renew your breakdown cover for next year and it could easily get forgotten about and renewed when it wont necessarily be the best deal then.

I cou;dnt pay through your website as RAC wont except Maestro cards online, there was a phone number to call , which i did but it has cost me the full amount.Now i cant get my discount as ive not completed it through your link ;(

Missed the cashback first time, had to submit missing claim. Took ages for resolution, and a real hard work from TCB. All the stars in the above feedback belongs to TCB and not RAC.

signed up for road cover and it never tracked, had to submit claim - still nothing 4weeks later!!! avoid avoid avoid!!! after reading the reviews and comments I wish I had!
I had changed from AA but will be going back to them. Hopefully TCB will be able to sort.

Purchase never tracked cancelled policy well within 14 days and have requested a refund 4 times over the space of a month and still have'nt recieved. I am taking legal action. Dont recomend at all.
