Cashback tracked very quickly and is forcast to be payable by June, so fingers crossed. The cash-back made my purchase of Breakdown Insurance ridiculously cheap and consequently I am delighted !

Took out the basic cover and got £20 off the £26 premium refunded!
Tracked within 24 hours and paid out as promised - very happy!
Note if you take out RAC cover and Insurnace you get extra benefits with the insurance - it takes more than a few weeks though for your RAC breakdown membership to be recognised by the online insurance database so do plan ahead!

Cashback still not received (or even acknowledged) after 6 weeks.
Way back in mid December, I purchased RAC's breakdown cover. I was originally going to apply for the AA's cover, but as the reviews for the RAC were favourable at the time, I decided to opt for them instead.
Having not heard anything at all regarding my cashback (which was the main reason I applied for their services) on 7th January, I submitted a claim via TopCashback.
Despite a further "nudge" one month after my purchase and again 6 weeks after my purchase, I have heard nothing from RAC.
I feel that 6 weeks and 3 attempts should be enough time and effort to allow me now to post my comments.
I hope one day to receive the money which is owed to me (£20.20). Until then, I think it is now fair to regard this deal as misleading and the RAC department dealing with cashback as highly inefficient. They didn't seem to have any problems taking my money very quickly in the first place!

The experience has been very poorbecause to date I have not received my cashback and if this is the amount of time it takes, i may decide not to use your site again and recommend it as i have been doing to my friends and colleagues. The cashback should be dealt with within 1 month.

RAC are a pretty safe bet, though as ever it's cheaper to apply as a new customer rather than renew.
Customer service is less generous since it became "privatised" rather than a genuine motoring club, but that's all history now.
