I will not be using the RAC again. Why?
1. They charge £20 for change of address - a supposed admin fee.
2. They will not allow a change to add continental motoring, you have to cancel the policy and take out new. £50 cancellation fee!
3. I don't know for sure, but I expect if you wanted to add a driver temporarily - you broke a leg ot soemthing, , it would weither not be allowed or they wouyld add a disproportionate fee?
The RAc policy is unfriendly and inflexible. Besides myself I have heard of other with the same complaint.
Only buy if you know nothing will change over the 12 month period.

I can't get through. The little green line stops just before the end and no matter how many times I follow instructions it will not progress. I need this cover soon so I shall just have to do it the phone way and forgoe the cashback!

Tracked quickly, took a little time to get the cashback. It came through the same day that I chased it. I got £49 back on a £68 cover, this was more than advertised on the RAC page of Topcashback. Well worth waiting for.

Paid for this in January, came up as cashback £20.00, then payable £0.00, sent a claim and same thing has happened again so no sign of any cashback 5 months down the line, really unimpressed.

Getting the cashback from RAC seemed extremely slow - I bought breakdown cover at the beginning of March and the estimated date for receiving the cashback has been stated as the end of August - 6 months is too long to wait for cashback - I wont be using this retailor again.
