	Opened a claim for the amount just to be told that is was declined due "Order ref has already been re-submitted to our system the max number of times (1) for your account" NOT HAPPY!!!

	After 2 and a half months, still waiting for payout. Last time I remember it two two months. Absolute joke. Why does it take so long. Should have gone with the AA

	How can this merchant be described as "faster paying" - I have been waiting 10 months so far. My cashback claim doesn't seem to be getting anywhere despite frequent nudges. Don't get an RAC policy based on the advertised cashback as you probably won't get it.

	Paid £150 for RAC cover in December 2014; still waiting for cash back of £50 in Feb 2015 (even though RAC took full payment in December). Looking at other reviews it can take 3 to 6 months to be paid out.... as an accountant I really don't see why it can't be paid within a few days of merchant receiving their payment. If anyone finds a way of contacting Topcashback helpdesk through the maze of nonesensical help suggestions you've done better than me.

	So slow,and they tried to palm me off with £15 instead of £50, so watch out and ensure they don't short change you,be persistant, then use AA next year and rotate-watch out for auto renewals they will try anything- so play them at their own game and ensure they know you don't want auto renewal before they slap that on as well!

	Tracked very quickly, and paid out in time expected. Exactly 26 weeks after taking cover. Very happy as always with TCB, and thank you RAC.

	Took a while to get this - the merchant pays out around 6 months into the membership. Got the money in the end, but took me a while to remember to come back to check for it ! And well it's the RAC - what can I say ? Not had to use them this time but over 8-10 years had a couple of callouts which saved my bacon big time !

	I bought my breakdown cover in March 2014 - it is now the end of October 2014 and I am STILL waiting for my cashback to be paid! It is nearly a month later than specified...I will not be using this site nor the merchant again (if I ever get paid)!

	Cashback confirmed quickly but still no payment almost 4 weeks past the estimated payable date which was already a very long 26 weeks.

	Obviously a con tracks really quickly but then just sits there month after month never being paid. Really annoyed as I only took it because the cash back made it competitive, Won't be renewing. TopCashback should take them off.
