First claim was declined for no reason. It was only when TopCashBack opened a dispute that they paid but they paid a couple of pounds less than the original amount should have been.

Initially the cashback was declined. I resubmitted my missing cashback request and the topcashback did follow up with the merchant and sorted out the problem. Finally I have got my cashback. Thanks to the team..

Tracked fine but was rejected for no reason. Met all the requirements so no idea why. Have put in a missing cashback claim but I'm not holding my breath! Will go with AA next time as I've had no issues with them tracking and paying out.

It is just doing online shopping. Only make sure you are logged in on TCB and click the merchant from there for TCB to track your purchases. I never had any issue with TopCashBack. Always received the cashback for every single purchase I have made.
