Appalling. I bought RAC UK Annual Membership in July 2017. At the time I was informed that the cashback would be payable after a few months. I ke[t checking, only to find some considerable time later that my cashback had been refused. I complained to Topcashback, who investigated the situation and eventually, many months after my original purchase, a slight reduced payment was made. This situation is not acceptable.

Terrible. Only got the money thanks to customer services intervening. RAC were doing their very best not to pay. Won't get involved with them again.

Initial claim was rejected after many months of waiting. TopCashback staff very helpful and missing cashback claim was submitted, which was eventually approved.
