Avoid, avoid avoid. Declined my cash back despite paying over £150.00 for breakdown services. Go direct elsewhere. TCB can't even dispute RAC claims. Very dissapointed.

I feel compelled to balance the raving reviews on here regarding 'super fast' cashback payment. I am owed £50 cashback, still have my RAC policy bought in June...and have been informed by customer services that I may have to wait 12 months for the cashback... and its been pointed out to me that that 'was clear' when I made the transaction. For me, it wasn't clear because I read the rave reviews on here. I hope I will get the cashback... but cannot confirm I have got it or will get it. I will have to hope for 12 months. Thought I'd post this information so that if you are buying RAC breakdown cover via Top cashback, you can manage your expectations before you make your decision

Very poor cashback payment. Would not recommend. Originally advertised as 'fast paying' within 15 weeks ansd as soon as the 15 weeks period was met the payback period updated to 54 weeks.

Fast paying? I don't think so! Estimated payable pushed back twice. From 12 weeks, then to 17 weeks, then to 54 weeks! So now I'm left waiting over a year for cashback from a retailer that advertises as 'fast paying'. Absolutely disgusting and to top it off I cannot complain to Top Cashback as the time hasn't passed the payable time period of 54 weeks. I would like to complain about the shifting goal posts but I'm unable to so here you go! A sparkling review for all to see!!!

Stay well away!! Would have given 0 stars if possible. Bought a breakdown cover from RAC in Feb 17 for which the cashback got declined. 15 months on and there's still no resolution.
