This merchant has got steadily worse. When purchases actually tracked they were taking up to (sometimes more than) a year to pay out. Now I'm finding that months after tracking, cashback is being declined for absolutely no reason.

I had to make a claim as this did not automatically track. It has taken months. I have also had to make a claim for QVC cashback on a different site which still isn’t resolved. Probably not worth using cashback for QVC.

Takes far too long for any payment to be made available. They have a 60 day returns policy, money could be made available in half the time.

Have now been waiting since 10 March 2021 (over 14 months) and have just been informed that my cashback claim has been refused "your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site". One to avoid for future purchases.

Quick to ship but slow to refund returned items. Very poor record with cash back tracking successfully and claims being declined by QVC. Don't get your hopes up

Overall QVC experience is a positive one. Lovely products, speedily dispatched, like previous reviewer have shopped with them for over 20 years. Here's the 'viewer's though...the drawback offered here I use to offset the expensive postage costs but again like previous reviewer the wait for drawback is beyond diabolical....26 weeks, some of mine had gone over since June 2021 & only just received & had to ask customer services to look into it (appreciated, thank you). Please please speed this process up QVC , again 8-12 weeks would be more in line with others.
