	Waste of time I go into QVC through top cash back and it clearly gives the amount you should get but it just so rarely happens because after waiting for months it comes back as declined. I think they only pay out on the special offer items and all the rest they refuse. If they are not going to pay out they should make it absolutely clear when you order. I get a lot of my shopping else where now.

	Cashback Almost Always Declined by QVC Over the past 3 years with TCB I have made 11 QVC purchases but only 2 have been paid. The other 9 have been declined with no obvious reason given. Lodging a claim means waiting for up to a year only to have the cashback declined again. I now shop elsewhere.

	Waited over a year - declined Purchase made in October 2023. Initially declined and I put a service request in, went to confirmed and was waiting over a year, then in April this year it went back to declined. Don't get your hopes up.

	Cash back declined and no appeal So shocked at the reviews. They do not pay out and you have to just take it. Won’t be shopping at qvc again.

	Cashback Declined No problem placing the order, and paying for it. Cashback initially tracked, but has now been declined by QVC with no reason given. Having read previous reviews, this seems to be quite commonplace. Due to this, I will not be making any further purchase from QVC. Their loss!

	NOT GREAT Cashback when shopping with QVC is so small, it’s not really worth the effort. QVC overall service is excellent. Cashback site lets it down.

	Both legit order - cashback declined Just do not bother with those. Cashback was declined on both perfectly valid orders.

	A battle I placed an order with QVC, immediately cancelled it and reordered using Top Cash Back but cash back was declined and I had to raise a support ticket.

	Cashback declined All my cashback has been declined for 4 separate purchases. No reason for this other than they’re absolute scammers. Won’t be buying from them again.

	Missing Cashback It seems that qvc have just declined lots of cash back and they disappeared but now there are back. Seems a bit strange

	Refuses cashback & does not track more times than it does. Very poor Rarely pays out & if they do it takes far too long. Have lost my bonus amount from Topcashback buying from QVC. Not worth the hassle of claiming.

	Good company, not good at paying out their cashbacks. I don't buy a lot from QVC but when I have, I have never got a cash payout from them, I currently have three purchases pending and one is from January, I know they are only for small amounts (one is only for 30p) but I don't think I will receive them. Shame really, as they are a good company.

	Cashback declined - avoid using adidas for cashback Tracked OK. Declined by retailer. As others have said - avoid.

	Tracked but Declined My very first purchase with TopCashback, not a great start. Tracked OK with correct cashback amount but declined 3 months later. Looking at previous reviews I'd be avoiding if relying on the cashback being paid.

	QVC Take years to payout, the only retailer I have issues with. I shop with QVC regularly and I have found that most of my purchases don’t track and I have to submit a claims form, the ones that do track are either declined or take years to pay. I’m still waiting to be paid for a number of purchases that are still pending going back to June 2023. I find it’s a terrible service from QVC that reflects badly on TopCashback.
