Cashback Declined
No problem placing the order, and paying for it. Cashback initially tracked, but has now been declined by QVC with no reason given. Having read previous reviews, this seems to be quite commonplace. Due to this, I will not be making any further purchase from QVC. Their loss!

Cashback when shopping with QVC is so small, it’s not really worth the effort. QVC overall service is excellent. Cashback site lets it down.

Refuses cashback & does not track more times than it does. Very poor
Rarely pays out & if they do it takes far too long. Have lost my bonus amount from Topcashback buying from QVC.
Not worth the hassle of claiming.

Good company, not good at paying out their cashbacks.
I don't buy a lot from QVC but when I have, I have never got a cash payout from them, I currently have three purchases pending and one is from January, I know they are only for small amounts (one is only for 30p) but I don't think I will receive them. Shame really, as they are a good company.

My very first purchase with TopCashback, not a great start. Tracked OK with correct cashback amount but declined 3 months later. Looking at previous reviews I'd be avoiding if relying on the cashback being paid.

QVC Take years to payout, the only retailer I have issues with.
I shop with QVC regularly and I have found that most of my purchases don’t track and I have to submit a claims form, the ones that do track are either declined or take years to pay. I’m still waiting to be paid for a number of purchases that are still pending going back to June 2023.
I find it’s a terrible service from QVC that reflects badly on TopCashback.

Very rarely pay out
I order lots through QVC and very rarely get cashback paid out, especially on big deals and expensive items. Really poor as no real explanation is ever given.

Terrible
two orders placed no cashback tracked
2nd time I double checked i had gone through top cashback but again no tracking.
Put in an appeal and yet again rejected.
Don't bother as you will not get anything, if you can order elsewhere do so

Constantly having to chase up cashback from QVC.
Constantly having to chase up cashback from QVC through TCB.
Lots of items bought and not tracked or high priced items refused.
Shouldn’t have to keep making claims. You need to sort out why they are not tracking!
