	Very slow to payout Very slow to progress to confirmed and as long again to become payable - I've made a number of purchases that have taken 6-9 months for the cashback to become payable. Also, my experience is that QVC doesn't payout if you use easy pay offers.

	Great Customer Service, Awful Payout QVC takes months sometimes years to go from pending to confirmed and then longer to get to payout stage. I have made purchases because of the cashback deals, only to find, over a year later that they won't payout. One purchase was an expensive piece of jewellery which attracted a cashback of around £70. Never paid out, which is ashame as their usual Customer Service is second to none.

	No cashback often then declined They advertise cashback, you claim at the correct % and for me it rarely tracks so you make a claim and they decline. They need to get their act together

	Hit & Miss Do not order if you are relying on the Cashback to come through. It is a total hit or miss if it's paid and it can take 6 months for you to be informed. I had some pay out but most others declined for no reason.

	Declined Bought Ninja and seemed to all track fine but was declined for no reason. Have raised a claim so hopefully get cashback eventually.

	Declined cashback Declined cashback for no reason. Purchased a Ninja when they were being advertised on here with a good cashback rate, followed the terms and conditions, last thing I clicked through.. and it was still declined? I have raised a claim for it, but I'm not holding my breath. Not impressed.

	Decline too often Take a long time to process and often decline cashback despite the transaction being valid, which is very poor. Rarely buy now due to this poor experience.

	No rhyme or reason to rejects Sometimes it pays (eventually!) but regularly doesn't. I recently had one paid and one rejected when I had placed two separate orders on the same day.....nothing different done from my end.

	QVC regularly declines cashback Regularly use QVC to purchase products. They often have good range of items which I like. Been shopping with them for 25+ years and rarely return anything, 2-3 things in the whole 2 decades. Despite this, it seems as if the cashback which is confirmed quickly once order is placed, is declined and is never actually paid into cashback earnings. If QVC is not committed to issuing cashback they should remove themselves from this cashback website. Will continue to shop with them, but any cashback which they claim to give is misleading

	Avoid - never had an issue before but QVC Declined for no reason I've never had an issue getting cashback with TCB but QVC declined for no reason. I bought and kept the item (a face steamer) and made sure no vouchers were used, no other cookies as never been to QVC before yet still declined. I would avoid them as it seems they just do not pay out - very dishonest

	Regularly declines Even after meeting all the requirements, after months of tracking, it will then decline out of nowhere! The process needs to be better.

	QVC cashback Does offer variable amounts of cashback but why does QVC take 26 weeks to payout after the cashback has been confirmed it’s very poor service from a firm that says that customer service is important to them come on QVC improve your service to TopCashback customers please!

	Always Declining I shop with QVC often but more of my Cashback transactions get declined than they pay out. Seriously considering shopping elsewhere.

	QVC payments for TopCashback It’s good that qvc offer different rates of cashback on various products I just do not understand why it takes so long to receive it over 26 weeks come on QVC get your act together
