Multiple purchases made via TCB on QVC, but have had 10-12 payments turned down this year for no reason apart from TCB said that any retailer can turn down any purchase for any reason!!

This merchant has got steadily worse. When purchases actually tracked they were taking up to (sometimes more than) a year to pay out. Now I'm finding that months after tracking, cashback is being declined for absolutely no reason.

I shop with QVC regularly and the cashback NEVER tracks. As a result, I have several missing cashback claims, which are all on ice. Best to treat this with hope rather than expectation.

Love QVC, but the cashback experience is quite painful! Have had no end of issues with items not tracking; being told items have been returned which they haven't; order numbers not being found or declined for no reason. The length of time to wait for the cashback is also ridiculous. Fair enough waiting 60 days to check there are no returns, but then a further 4ish months for payout (if you're lucky), is crazy.

We have 60 days to return the item but it takes you 26 weeks to pay, this is not balanced in my view.
