Tracking may take a while, they give a 30 day money back offer, so once your item has passed the 30 days then it tracks. Worth the wait

Not really sure it’s worth it
I’m not really sure that you get the proper percentage when I shop with QVC and I spent £166 on one item got a little cashback bought several things but the cashback always seems to be very low some of them say 10% other 5% And when I try to work it out barely one percent

QVC Cashback
It’s good that QVC offer includes varying percentage TopCashback however the amount of time it takes for QVC let the cashback actually become payable in your account is ridiculous also I have had to question why my claim as not been recognised so they need to make the process more streamlined please

The cashback always used to go through within 24 hours, however, since August I have not been awarded any cashback and have had to lodge missing cashback claims. Hopefully this will be sorted out as QVC charge excessive amounts for postage and you have to pay for returns so its nice to get something back on cashback.

Brilliant company with excellent customer service. Sadly all my purchases via cashback have failed to track and I have had to raise a claim. Although all claims have been successful, I'm still waiting for the cashback to become payable. Shame it lets QVC down as the cashback often covers the expensive p+p charges

I do not understand why the cashback takes so long to come through from QVC. I realise it is not necessarily the fault of Top Cashback but there must be some way to speed things up.

Cashback tracks quickly, but late to pay out - currently 3 months late on some payments. In other respects, QVC has a good no quiblle 30 day money back guarantee, but P&P charges tend to be quite high.

QVC offers a range of products with a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee. P&P can be high and you pay return P&P so this can be costly.
Cashback tracks easily BUT is very slow to confirm and never pays on the date quoted I'm waiting for some 6 weeks over their due date. Thus 4 stars
