	It's taken almost a year for cashback to become payable Cashback has taken almost a year to become payable, pretty ridiculous. The given time frame was 26 weeks which is long enough but taking 50 weeks is pretty rubbish.

	Never reach payable I have had many purchases with QVC & they have never reached payable, I've had to contact top cashback on every occasion to get my cash back

	my cash back always declined with QVC not sure why, but my cash back with QVC hardly ever tracks so have to submit a claim which is then declined, many months later. Even my last claim that said 'wait until it progresses to payable then close the claim' was declined so won't be bothering again :(

	Very Slow to Get Cashback Waiting over 7 months for cashback and still says pending. I do like QVC but its a shame they can't be quicker with cashback when other shopping sites manage it

	Declined cashback QVC make you wait ages and on at least two occasions decline payment even though it has tracked normaly be aware.

	Never track & wait years for payable status QVC are terrible with cashback to be honest. I have to raise a claim for every purchase I make with QVC. If the claim is not 'declined' which happens frequently I have waited years for the claim to become payable. It's such a pain sometimes I don't bother claiming which defeats the whole point.

	QVC Cashback It’s good that QVC offer includes varying percentage TopCashback however the amount of time it takes for QVC let the cashback actually become payable in your account is ridiculous also I have had to question why my claim as not been recognised so they need to make the process more streamlined please

	Randomly declines legitimate cashback Two purchases from last year have been declined yet they were legitimate, goods not returned etc and are showing as completed orders in my QVC account. Also takes ages for them to confirm. One from June 2022 was confirmed in March 2023

	Shocking payer Often refuse payment of cashback with no reason given and I have the purchased item They also take so long to pay out. Dealing with payments from May 2022 currently!!!!!

	Decine cash back site! QVC has the most expensive delivery and return charges! And not only that, when you shop for the deal of the day and suppose to have some cash back, they declined it. Just like that! It is very annoying. I don,t trust them!

	26 weeks to get pay out… and some are declined for no reason Sat patiently waiting for any of the QBC TBC cash back to pay out… it says 26 weeks which is ridiculous.. I think it’s fair that you have to wait for the 60 day return policy to finish but not wait 26 weeks,,, And now some of those that are due are being declined by Qvc.. no reason for this to happen as all goods recieved and paid for.. may be a coincidence but they are on easy pays and seem to start being declined once last payment is made….. And then trying to log a complaint with TBC about it is painful at best….

	Always declined Very disappointed that yet again my cashback has been declined by QVC, this happens everytime l purchase and takes months to then decline.

	disappointed hardly ever tracks so have to submit claim which goes 'on ice' for a few months before being submitted then eventually (most recent case 6 months from purchase date) gets declined so won't be bothering again

	They don't honor there agreement I had to ask TOPCASHBACK to look into the purchase from QVC, Due to QVC not honoring the sale. I will never use QVC again

	Very slow Very hit & miss as to whether cashback tracks, and even if it does it's then interminably slow to become payable - the quoted timescale of 26 weeks is over-optimistic (still waiting for cashback 8 months after a 'confirmed' purchase)

	Like QVC (apart from ridiculous postage costs both to recieve and return)……. but 26 weeks to recieve cash back!!! That’s utterly ridiculous

	Yet another incorrectly tracked, then declined transaction. Sort it out QVC - we know how to make a purchase via TCB so please stop declining incorrectly .

	Sometimes doesn’t track cash back slow to confirm and takes longer than the 26 weeks to turn payable other retailers are a lot quicker but I understand they have a 60 day returns policy but do think they could be a quicker payable date than 26 weeks!!
