Always an efficient company in terms of ordering and quick delivery, however waiting 26 weeks for the cash back is absolutely diabolical, needs to be quicker, like most other companies within a few days to 5-8 weeks, is a lot more reasonable.

Don't expect a quick payout as the initial time I was given for the cash to arrive went past and no sign of it. However it finally came through after 9 1/2 months, so if you can afford the wait, and there's no where cheaper (before the cashback) then what to you to lose.

After waiting since Oct 2020 for a resolution for a legitimate purchase, it has been refused. Annoying that I had to wait over 17 months to be told this information. I will not be using QVC anytime soon.

Terrible track record for authorising cashback claims. Only pay the smaller amounts. Seems like they pick and choose.

If i could leave no star I would as all my QVC transactions have all falied since July 2021 and then there is 120 day tracking wait with QVC. All round the service with QVC affliates is woeful.
