I have been shopping with QVC for quite some while now. Generally they have good Customer Services and some must have products at competative prices.
Post and Packing is expensive on some items; you need to factor this into the overall cost.
You can get taken in by the vast product ranges so remember their ultimate goal is to sell to you.
Even with the excellent 30 day money back guarantee; exercise caution as you have to pay to return the items yourself.
Overall, there are things that I cannot live without that QVC provide me with at good prices.
The fact that I can access QVC via TopCashBack is the icing on the cake!

I really enjoy shopping with QVC. They are really fair, especially giving you a refund if your item doesn't arrive etc. They also give a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee and now in the run up to Christmas, they have extended that time until 25 January 2010. I have found that all the products I have bought so far are excellent and have never had to return anything. Their customer service is second to none and I would recommend buying from them 100%.
