Excellent service and fast delivery from QVC. Their returns policy is fanstatic - you can even return the products after you've tried them if they find they don't suit you, so you never lose money by trying products you aren't sure about. I would certainly recommend QVC. Cashback takes a while to be paid, but this is the same for many retailers.

QVC customer service is excellent but I have found tracking to be patchy. Out of 3 transactions, 1 tracked quickly, 1 needed chasing after payment was a month overdue and 1 is still waiting after a query has been submitted.
