QVC DO CHARGE ALOT FOR P&P BUT THE ONLY WAY TO CHANGE THAT IS TO COMPLAIN AND COMPLAIN AGAIN YOU ARE THE CUSTOMER AND THE REASON THEY CAN TRADE . RESPONSE TO TASHI. MY EXAMPLE WAS 2.95 FOR A LAURA GELLER EYE WANDER , IT CAME IN A SMALL MAIL BAG AND THE REAL COST OF POSTAGE WAS 75P! ! YEAH I WAS FUMING.

Have tried several times today to add buy different products from QVC via this site and constantly get error message saying it's not possible to buy online at the moment, and to phone their freefone order line. Clearly ordering that way I would not get cash back. I've tried various products thinking it might be a problem with a link on one item but it seems to me that QVC don't want to buy via the TopCashback site. Never had a problem with any other website.

Tracked within 2 days, just waiting for confirmation. Ordered from qvc late sat night and parcel came thurs am so am quite happy as they have a 5-7 expected delivery. First time using qvc and will probably again tsv+cashback is a bargain!

QVC never tracks for me. I was really pleased when I found I could buy via topcashback but I find that I forget to submit claims quite often so miss out. I wonder why it tracks for some and not others.

Have placed 3 orders with QVC, not 1 has tracked. Had to put in a manual claim for 2 (I had only just joined Topcashback when I placed the 1st order and wasn't quite sure how it all worked so missed out on that 1) and am still waiting!
