Beware! I had to return an item because of missing parts, QVC customer services
could not have been more helpful and arranged a replacement item to be sent to me. Now two months later I find my cashbacks gone to £00.00 for this item and it seems so unfair.

QVC are great, delivery in the time expected. Cashback had to be manually tracked, cashback did not show up automatically. Once tracked - paid quickly.

Cashback appears very soon after purchase and progresses to payment quickly.
QVC has given me excellent service on everything I have ordered. Delivery is normally faster than they advertise which is great. My last purchase of a Pilates machine was ordered on a Sunday at 23.45 and was delivered two days later on Tuesday AM. That's a good service.

My last 5 purchases failed to track. 3 now settled and 2 still not acknowledged from November orders even after submitting manual claims. Just put in another order to QVC which hasn't tracked yet but time will tell. I treat any cash back as a bonus as I appreciate the service received from merchant. My only gripe is the unfair p&p charges made on their lighter products as previously commented upon.

Whats left to say about QVC. For those of you who have never experienced shopping with them you don't know what you are missing. Products good variety, quality very good, service excellent, Presenters are like family, and if you should have to return anything Customer service personal are very helpfull, efficient.friendly and there is no quibble. Fabulous company. Keep up the good work and thank you.
