I have been a member of Topcashback for a few years and QVC are the worst Retailer that I've experienced for cashback.
All purchases that I have made via Topcashback (and there have been several) either never seem appear on my account or I have to have them chased up by Topcashback. My tracking cookies are working fine so there are no excuses in that department.
Purchasing items from QVC via Topcashback is, in my opinion, a total waste of time.

Didn't keep an eye on situation and it was only later that I noticed the QVC purchases had not been tracked. Top Cashback sorted cashback out but there will be other QVC purchases that I've missed.
Will keep a closer check on any QVC cashback.

I love QVC - they are always fast, helpful and efficient, and I've bought regularly in the past, so happy to recommend them to anyone. Cashback a bit slow - no payment after a month, but I trust them to do it - they have never let me down before, and their customer service is absolutely exemplary - real people and no bloody 'hold and press' another button nonsense!

had to follow up cashback on a purchase fter nearly 3 months as it didnt appear automatically and had to follow up a second purchase subsequently, this means i now have to keep records and keep checking as the cashback doesnt seem to follow automatically.

I didn't get the correct price from QVC and they wouldn't correct it. I ordered when it was on a special price for that showing and they charged me wrong. Will be more careful to make a note when it is a show special. First time I have had a problem though.
