Nearly 2 months after cashback was estimated to be payable and I'm still waiting to be paid. Looks like I will have a long wait as TCB shows that they last received payments from QVC in Oct 11 for transactions in Aug 11!

Brilliant company with excellent customer service. Sadly all my purchases via cashback have failed to track and I have had to raise a claim. Although all claims have been successful, I'm still waiting for the cashback to become payable. Shame it lets QVC down as the cashback often covers the expensive p+p charges

Still waiting for cash back from QVC and all I get from TCB is sorry!!!!! Five months overdue and I don't hold out any hope that we will get paid. They should be removed from the site. shameful service from a large company.

I buy all the time from QVC. Last few items have not tracked so sent in claims for these. Also takes months for cashback. I am waiting for items bought 6 months ago.

Terrible. Many of my payments earned are now over 6 months late and Topcashback just keep telling me to wait. I wouldn't hold out much hope of getting any cashback from QVC anymore.

Well here I am waiting for my cashback due October 2011. We are talking £25 so no small purchase.
Cashback said they were chasing it up. I don't know where the problem of the inefficiency lies but it has soured my shopping experiences with Cashback and QVC.
I have always rated QVC highly for their customer service, 30 day moneyback pledge and products. But their cash back experience is rubbish
Cashback get your act together on this please or I will be defecting.

QVC have a great range of items, some you can't get anywhere else in the UK and the cashback offsets a bit of the postage at least but it all helps. Customer service was truly excellent.

Cashback tracks quickly, but late to pay out - currently 3 months late on some payments. In other respects, QVC has a good no quiblle 30 day money back guarantee, but P&P charges tend to be quite high.
