After 6 months waiting they decreased the cashback claim to 0.001% with no reason and still not payable. Just plain avoid. Not even worth the bother of lodging a claim.

Purchased item 1 year ago and it has taken this long for my cashback to eventually be declined without explanation by QVC!!! What a total waste of time - will never use again. Thanks to Topcashback for trying.
