I have never had any issues regarding cash back from QVC. It would be nice if the cash back was a little higher though, lol.

Purchased item 1 year ago and it has taken this long for my cashback to eventually be declined without explanation by QVC!!! What a total waste of time - will never use again. Thanks to Topcashback for trying.

Always good cashback and never a problem paying. Sadly like previous reviewer - sad to see QVC have stopped using TC. As for p&p I have seen worse charges for p&p - and there is a long chain of couriers and van drivers that need paying to deliver the goods. QVC bring back CASHBACK

I used qvc through top cashback for a number of years now but very very disappointed that they have stopped doing top cashback as it was a plus side to there p&p costs as they are becoming outrages I do thing they should offer free returns at the rate the p&p is going up.

As customer of QVC for a number of years and having developed a health issue, I have had to return ( as per their 30 day return guarantee) a couple of skincare items. Due to my 'mistake' of throwing remaining contents away ( so to ensure no likely cross-contamination)I recieved a letter saying would be having to 'watch carefully' any future orders. I have responded to this letter apologising but felt that their 30 day guarantee is only granted possibly to customers who dont use it !!!

had to raise a manual claim for this one which took a couple of weeks to be resolved but has been payable a week after it was confirmed. Happy to see they honoured the cashback. Good merchant with excellent customer service and have shopped with them before my TCB days.

Have used QVC a lot over the past year. Cashback tracks quickly but always very late paying out. Customer service is very good with genuine 30 day money back guarantee. But as others have said, the P&P charges are high so often cheaper to shop elsehwere.

The cashback always used to go through within 24 hours, however, since August I have not been awarded any cashback and have had to lodge missing cashback claims. Hopefully this will be sorted out as QVC charge excessive amounts for postage and you have to pay for returns so its nice to get something back on cashback.

5 transactions with QVC during September and early October when none of the purchases have tracked. lodge missing cashback claim which can take months.
QVC updating website during this time, is this why they were not tracking???

Good range of products with good value for money. A 30 day period to use/wear them and if not satisfied the products can be returned easily. Customer service is outstanding and customer reviews are honest and helpful. Useful information from the presenters - goods demonstrated/clothes modelled.
Only down side is cost of postage

cannot access qvc and have reported this to cashback some weeks ago. They said it was fixed but it aint. Just update the new qvc website its not that hard is it? Get it sorted cashback cos i'm losing money and will start using quicdo!!!

love qvc although postage a bit on the expensive side but then they have to make their money somehow. Cashback paid in good time. Only problem now is cannot seem to access qvc through top cashback. Not sure if anyone else having the same problem. Have contacted cashback say possibly to do with cookies but that isn't the case think something to do with qvc new website. However quality customer service from qvc cannot fault.
