Unfortunately cash back is always declined. I have queried this via the advised form on top cashback but it still doesn't go through. I shopped a lot with QVC so is disappointing to see the promised cashback hasn't come through

My QVC cash back has stopped tracking, every time I purchase from QVC I have to lodge a missing claim,, at times these have then been declined. Very frustrating as I regularly purchase from QVC , my purchases used to track but none have since approx October 2020. So have to remember to file a missing claim & this then waits 120 days before it is submitted.

I placed an order nine months ago and have still not received any cash back. I lodged a missing cash back claim and sent two nudges. Still nothing.

Do not expect your cashback from this retailer. Waited over 5 months and all my October purchases (10 in all) were all declined for no reason.

Not good at all. The purchse figues do not rreflect the cost of items bought, one actually states I purchased an item for 80P! Takes far too long to sort out, almost a year and still nothing. Unimpressed.
